I didn't like the initial edit I made of these falls, and tried again. The Millaa Millaa Falls is a plunge waterfall located in the Far North region of Queensland, Australia. The falls are adjacent to the town of Millaa Millaa on the Atherton Tableland. 'Millaa Millaa' is a MaMu Aboriginal phrase referring to the rainforest vine Elaeagnus Triflora whose fruit appears from May to February. The falls are 18.3 metres high with a pool suitable for swimming at their base.
We camped here with my brother on our way to Cape York
While travelling through the northern part of Cape York, I saw this weird landscape. It looks as if a fire went through here, but there were these beautiful, bright tree ferns growing again.
